Publication ethics & policies

The standards governing every stage of publication in AJCIS.

AJCIS follows COPE guidelines for handling research misconduct, disputes, corrections, and retractions.

Double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers, with a third reviewer as tiebreaker when needed.

All articles are published under CC BY 4.0. Authors retain copyright.

AI systems cannot be listed as authors. Any use of AI tools in writing or analysis must be disclosed transparently.

Every manuscript is screened with an accepted plagiarism detection tool. Overall similarity must not exceed 15%.

We apply GDPR-aligned privacy principles. User data is never shared with third parties.
